George and Albie Starting School

The time has come for George to start pony school and learn how to become a ridden Pony. We’re all excited that George will be the first pony to start his education under the expert tuition of Kevin Carney. We want the best for George and want him to become a happy, content and safe pony for everyone to enjoy. 

Albie is nearly 2 so Kevin is also going to start playing with him and teaching him all about manners and understanding equestrian language, a bit like starting nursery.

Cherry Tree Farm is a small livestock farm on the outskirts of Darlington. Our main enterprise is free range eggs. We have a small number of other livestock; Dexter cattle, Jacob sheep, Berkshire pigs, however, we do not farm intensively. We intend to raise livestock in as natural a way as possible to produce high quality produce that is sold direct from the farm without the expensive price tag.
